A bulk order is an order of 12 or more of the same screen printed products or 12 or more of the same embroidered products. A bulk order can include different products and sizes but design must be the same for each product. For products with back designs, you can add a custom design, individual names or numbers to each for an additional charge.
To maximize savings on printed bulk orders, we will use the most efficient printing method which may include our thermal transfers, digital printing, screen printing, direct to garment printing or embroidery.

You can order any item that can be embroidered item in bulk. Bulk discounts for embroidered products start at 12 pieces. Your bulk order price is based on the product, garment size, type of design, stitch count, and number of colors.
The standard production time is 14 business days. Our 14 business days turn-around time starts after payment for your custom order has been received. Your delivery time will vary depending on which shipping method you choose. You will be notified via email when your order is finished and ready to ship.
We can only accept returns on damaged or misprinted items. Since items in a bulk order are customized, correctly produced items are not returnable.
Changes or cancellations on bulk orders are only accepted before 11:59 pm PST on the same day the order is placed.

SSA Online Stores accepts American Express, MasterCard, and Visa or mailed checks with pre-approved accounts. ALL customized orders require payment in full before production begins.

If you wish to see a finished sample, simply place a regular order for a finished product. Please note that the printing method may vary from your sample order to the final produced bulk order. Finished samples cannot be returned.
Yes, artwork is to be provided to us in a high resolution vector file (.ai, .eps, .cdr). If artwork requires graphic development or is not supplied in high resolution format, additional charges will be applicable.
Personalization features depend on the product and printing method. Most printed products can be personalized with a name and number on the back of the product.
