SSA Stores Returns

ALL SSA Stores products are custom made on demand so we do not accept returns in most cases:

  • Any products produced and delivered as specified by you when you placed your order are not eligible for return
  • Clearance items, Free Samples or promotional items are not eligible for returns
  • Bulk orders produced and delivered as ordered or not eligible for return

We will accept limited returns and in some cases offer refunds for:

  • Items with manufacturer defects or blemishes
  • Items not produced as you ordered, including misspelled words or wrong colors
  • Items delivered in wrong color or size different from what you specified during ordering

For assistance please contact support at 509-435-2330 or email us at support@ssastores.com within 15 days of receiving your order. After 15 days from the date you received your order we will not be able to assist with returns but we are always glad to hear from you.

A photo is required of all returns. It allows us to determine if an error occurred or if the product was defective. Both of which help us to improve our service moving forward.

Defective Products:

Please contact us at 509-435-2330 or email support@ssastores.com within 15 days of receiving your order. We require a photo of the product to help us determine if the product is defective.

Changes and Cancelling

If you wish to change an order, the change request must be made before your order has begun being processed. If your order has already been processed we will not be able to change anything. Call us at 509-435-2330 or email us at support@ssastores.com to attempt to make any changes.

We are glad to cancel your order at any time before production of your order has begun. If your order has begun being processed we will not be able to cancel your order and it will be shipped as specified when you placed your order.

Changes or cancellations on bulk orders are only available the same day your order is placed.

Shipping Options

If you request shipment to a PO Box, APO or FPO it will be shipped via USPS. We currently only offer shipping in the United States. It is our goal to have all orders ready to ship in 10-15 business days.  Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information on your order if you have provided us with a valid email address.

Delays in processing orders may occur due to, but not limited to, holidays, demand, equipment failure, weather and unforeseen variables that could adversely affect the daily operations at SSA Stores.

USPS Priority Mail

All orders are expected to be produced and ready to ship in 10-15 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. No guarantees can be made as shipping times are dependent upon the mail carrier. An email with tracking information regarding your order will be sent if you provided us with a valid email address.

UPS

All orders are expected to be produced and ready to ship in 10-15 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. No guarantees can be made as shipping times are dependent upon the carrier. Delivery time is based on distance to destination and typically 1-5 business days. An email with tracking information regarding your order will be sent if you provided us with a valid email address.

International Orders

We do ship orders to international addresses.
